Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends, translating them into actionable product strategies.
  • Define and document clear product requirements, roadmaps, and specifications for engineering and sales teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product development and execution.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Champion best practices in product management, ensuring adherence to marketing guidelines and business strategies.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and ensure market competitiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and training in various aspects of business and commerce.
  • Proven ability to translate business and market strategies into actionable product plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of technical processes and marketing principles.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial technology industry.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
