This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven and strategic individual with a passion for building and optimizing partner programs. You will be a key player in designing, implementing, and managing programs that empower partners and fuel business expansion. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, data analysis, and collaborative execution.
This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering £91,990 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).The shortlisted candidates will be contracted by EOD on Monday 30th June.
As a Strategic Program Manager, you will:
- Design and manage comprehensive partner programs, encompassing partner tiering, ROI analysis, and incentive structures.
- Collaborate closely with data analytics, finance, and deal desk teams to ensure seamless program execution and alignment.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate program goals, objectives, and results to internal and external partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge to refine program design and execution.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales operations or partner operations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
- Proven success in project management, program design, and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data analysis and the generation of actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and demonstrating agility in project and program approaches.
- Quick learning and strategic thinking, with adaptability to new situations and challenges.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar industry or role.
- Project management or data analytics certification.
