This exciting role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of dedicated program managers, providing top-notch support to interns, hiring managers, and stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to person for all things intern-related, managing program activities and fostering strong relationships across teams. What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support to interns, hiring managers, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage intern program activities, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for all participants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Deliver operational excellence, streamlining processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize web-based tools and systems, such as email and case management platforms, to effectively manage communications and track progress.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Junior experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency with basic web-based tools and products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, or international environment.
- Experience in high-volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and delimited formulas.
