About Your Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be immersed in a fast-paced, high-impact project, coordinating the testing and launch of a new product. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and internal teams, to ensure a seamless rollout. Your insights will directly influence the success of this innovative product launch.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including documentation, planning, reporting, task management, and schedule control.
  • Maintain project databases and track key metrics.
  • Coordinate product testing, engaging with drivers, customers, and stakeholders to identify and address any gaps or concerns.
  • Support drivers in executing deliveries and manage product supplies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates, test workflows, and offer insights into process improvements.
  • Provide clear and detailed reports on issue resolution.
  • Participate in daily/weekly calls regarding the product launch.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any issues.

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Project Management skills, including documentation and communication.
  • Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industry.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Quality Assurance mindset.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2 months, on-site contract – 40 hrs/week. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted by COB on Wednesday 9th July.
