Join a cutting-edge team revolutionizing fleet operations! As a Programmer Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimising fleet allocation plans and streamline end-to-end scheduling. This is a 6 months, hybrid contract. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by 3PM Thur 11th Sept. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, test, and analyze User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios for the development, testing, and operationalization of a science optimization model.
  • Collaborate with a Senior Fleet Supply Chain Manager to ensure seamless integration of the model within fleet scheduling tools.
  • Analyze complex datasets using MS-Excel (SQL a plus) to support model development and validation.
  • Decipher technical and business concepts and requirements, translating them into actionable UAT scenarios.
  • Operate independently and deliver results with limited information, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building, managing, and analyzing complex datasets using MS-Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp ambiguous technical and business concepts and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL
