About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our Global Sales Tools Engineering team on a 6-month contract.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative enterprise-level products that directly impact the clients global sales and marketing teams. These internal tools are designed to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and improve engagement with our customers, partners, and users worldwide.
You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of a platform that supports the management, collaboration, and delivery of services offered by our sales organization. This is a unique chance to contribute to products that not only drive efficiency but also set the standard for design excellence across enterprise SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive, elegant, and scalable enterprise experiences aligned with the clients design language.
- Translate complex workflows into clear, seamless user journeys through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Drive end-to-end design solutions—from discovery and ideation through to execution and delivery—for enterprise and B2B products.
- Facilitate design workshops, lead research initiatives, and bring data-driven insights to inform and validate design decisions.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints, ensuring our tools deliver measurable value and exceptional usability.
- Provide design critique, feedback, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Projects You’ll Be Working On
You will contribute to the development of internal sales and marketing tools used globally. These tools empower our teams to manage relationships, optimize workflows, and deliver services at scale.
Specifically, you’ll focus on enhancing a platform that enables collaboration, service management, and delivery tracking, ensuring that sellers have the resources they need to engage effectively with customers.
What We’re Looking For
Top Hard Skills:
- Proven experience designing for the web, with the ability to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end design solutions for enterprise or B2B platforms, preferably within SaaS environments.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and conducting user research activities.
Top Soft Skills:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and build consensus.
- Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers.
- Open and constructive approach to receiving and sharing feedback in design critiques.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in digital product design, UX, or a related discipline.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Industry Background: Experience within B2B or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
