Join a global advertising leader operating at the intersection of advertising and e-commerce, offering a diverse range of media solutions across various platforms. As a Creative Services Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering advertisers to achieve impactful marketing outcomes, acting as their trusted expert on policy, process, creative services, and retail strategies.
This is a 6 months, fully on-site, contract, offering £150 per day (PAYE) – 40hrs/week. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates within 24hrs of their application. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

As a Creative Services Coordinator, you will champion seamless project management, providing ongoing advertiser education and support to drive business growth while maintaining a positive customer experience. You’ll also contribute to process improvement and the implementation of best practices across teams. This fast-paced role offers continuous learning and development opportunities for curious and driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute high-quality advertiser engagements, educating them on policies and creative best practices to optimize campaign performance.
Project manage the execution of complex advertising campaigns, collaborating with internal Design, Ad Operations, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Account Management teams, as well as external stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and client communication.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
