As an Automation Specialist on the Automation Team, you will be the driving force behind designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions based on the Product team’s vision. You’ll be a key player in crafting test strategies, meticulous test plans, comprehensive test cases, and robust scripts for both existing features and exciting new developments. This role offers the chance to contribute to multiple projects, balancing the creation of new features with thorough documentation and timely delivery. You will also play an active role in communicating progress, delivering sprint review reports, insightful presentations, and engaging planning demos for new features and MVPs. Collaboration is key, and you’ll actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional meetings to foster strong teamwork within and across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Independently design and develop AI-based intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for existing and new features.
- Contribute to multiple initiatives, balancing new feature development with documentation and on-time delivery.
- Communicate status and progress through sprint reviews, presentations, and demos.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional meetings.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience designing and developing automation solutions in Python.
- Experience leading code reviews and ensuring quality in others’ work.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and iOS functional automation.
- Experience with testing activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in front-end development using JavaScript and frameworks like React.
- Experience with back-end development using Python, API management, and database management in Postgres.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience building LLM applications and familiarity with MCP servers, Agents, and RAG systems.
- Experience with ETL data using Python libraries (e.g., Pandas).
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Experience with automated data analytics and reporting across multiple systems.
- Experience leading coordination with multiple Engineering and Product teams.
- Experience creating detailed test reports documenting progress, status, and identified defects.
