We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. In this role, you’ll drive programs that deliver measurable business outcomes, build scalable systems for long-term impact, and ensure smooth collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for defining program charters, managing scope, resources, and risks, and driving continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with technical and business teams, design clear communication plans, and execute change management strategies that align with organizational goals.
This is a 3/4 months, fully on-site contract, offering $97.83-$115.92 per hour – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB Monday 1st Sept. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of advanced programs, from planning to delivery, independently managing scope, timelines, OKRs, and risks.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, enabling clear decision-making and effective collaboration.
- Design and deliver tailored communication plans, representing program updates across multiple touchpoints.
- Execute and monitor change management rollouts, resolving misalignments and ensuring adoption.
- Define and manage program governance, including escalations, dependencies, and postmortems.
- Use data to track progress, drive continuous improvement, and establish program metrics that guide decision-making.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, trust, and excellence within the program team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience independently managing large-scale programs with cross-functional impact.
- Strong skills in communications management, stakeholder management, planning, and organizational change.
- Ability to demonstrate technical judgment and effectively evaluate program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Experience with portfolio management, overseeing multiple initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proven track record in execution and governance, establishing effective frameworks for decision-making and accountability.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, with experience driving efficiencies, optimizations, and measurable impact.
- Proficiency with program/project management tools and methodologies.
- A collaborative mindset with strong empathy for end-users and stakeholders.
