Demand Marketing Manager, EMEA B2B
Changing the world through digital experiences is what our Client is all about. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Demand Marketing Manager to join our EMEA B2B Marketing team and help us drive long-term growth.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the expert on hybrid events and webinars, managing the entire process from start to finish. You’ll work collaboratively with teams across EMEA and the US to produce impactful events that drive customer engagement, marketing qualified leads, and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
What You’ll Do
- Plan and Strategise: Develop and document plans for hybrid events and webinars, using data and insights to create a strategic approach. You’ll ensure your work aligns with global priorities and provides incremental benefit to the business.
- Execute with Precision: Manage the end-to-end process for all digital events, including planning, promotion, execution, and analysis. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing all production details, and using project management tools like Workfront to ensure everything is set up for success.
- Measure and Optimise: Define key metrics and track campaign performance, connecting results back to our overall business goals. You’ll create detailed reports and share your findings with stakeholders to continuously refine our strategy and showcase the impact of your work.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of significant marketing experience, with a proven track record of planning and executing digital events and webinars in a B2B environment.
- Skills: You have a growth mindset, a solid understanding of CRM, and excellent project management skills, preferably with experience using Workfront. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders.
- Analytics: You possess strong analytical skills and use data to make informed decisions. You understand the B2B user journey and can connect your work to business priorities.
Bonus points for: Experience with digital event platforms (like Adobe Connect) and working in a global, cross-functional environment.
