Join a leading global organization as a Sales Operations Associate, partnering with Aquent to drive impactful projects and processes. You will be a key contributor in shaping go-to-market strategies, launching cross-functional initiatives, and solving complex business challenges. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence team alignment and resource allocation, making a tangible difference in the organization’s success.

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be empowered to:

  • Develop and execute product/sales activation strategies, securing cross-functional buy-in and achieving targets. Craft compelling narratives to influence product roadmaps and resonate with customers.
  • Define project scope, develop robust plans, manage resources, and deliver high-quality projects on time, directly impacting business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Navigate data limitations and champion improvements in data quality.
  • Foster collaboration across teams, aligning on programs, processes, and objectives to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Design and implement effective operational cadences, managing processes and programs to ensure rigor and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and scale successful process improvements across the business.
  • Cultivate deep product and industry knowledge, staying ahead of competitive trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, understanding their priorities and championing initiatives to achieve shared success.
  • Define and track key metrics, designing reporting frameworks and surfacing actionable insights to drive business progress.
  • Conduct strategic assessments, evaluate solutions, and recommend optimal paths forward, considering resource requirements and potential impact.
