As a Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans, collaborating with regional and functional teams to define target audiences and develop compelling positioning strategies. You’ll champion a culture of inclusivity and psychological safety, ensuring diverse perspectives are valued and respected.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, assets, and communications to address user needs and achieve team objectives.
- Evaluate and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies and channels to maximize user engagement and reach target metrics.
- Conduct user research, leveraging internal and external resources, to gain valuable insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Define, collect, and track product and business metrics to measure the success of new and existing products and ventures.
- Develop product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Create compelling marketing content, ensuring alignment with product strategy and brand voice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and production, to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Act as a product expert, providing insights and guidance to partners across teams.
- Foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and everyone feels empowered to contribute.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product positioning, consumer behavior, brand management, and client/partner management.
- Strong understanding of situational leadership principles and campaign management best practices.
- Proficiency in developing marketing briefs, conducting data analysis and synthesis, and crafting compelling narratives.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant industry and go-to-market activities.
- Ability to foster inclusive decision-making, build psychological safety, and facilitate inclusive meetings.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse cultural contexts.
- Expertise in specific marketing channels or platforms relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead change within a marketing organization.
