As a Senior Product Manager on the International Product Team, you will spearhead the development and launch of cutting-edge payment solutions, directly impacting how customers interact with financial technology. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead the charge in developing and executing a new payment proposition, bridging the gap between customer needs and business strategy. You will be the driving force behind innovative online payment solutions, tackling complex compliance requirements while opening doors to new market opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from product development and design to go-to-market strategists, ensuring a seamless and successful product roadmap execution.

This is a 6 months, hybrid contract. This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by COB Monday 15th Sept. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a new payment proposition, aligning with customer needs and business strategies.
  • Drive product innovation from concept to launch, focusing on online payment solutions that address complex compliance needs and capture new market opportunities.
  • Engage directly with customers through interviews, usability testing, and pilot programs, shaping the product vision based on real-world feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with product development, design, go-to-market, and scrum teams, ensuring seamless execution of the payment roadmap.
  • Manage pilot programs with early adopters, gathering feedback and resolving issues alongside the product teams.
  • Prioritize backlog tasks, manage day-to-day scrum team activities for payment features, and balance long-term strategic thinking with operational excellence.
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership on project milestones, customer insights, and KPIs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience launching online payment solutions from concept to market.
  • A customer-centric approach with experience conducting customer interviews and using insights to shape product strategy.
  • Experience implementing solutions for complex online payment use cases (e.g., payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, international payments).
  • Expertise in delivering exceptional mobile app experiences for online payments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience coordinating efforts across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Experience leading pilot programs or early-adopter testing for online payment solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to navigate technical complexity and ambiguity while maintaining a proactive approach.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Background in online payment systems, FinTech, or financial technology.
