As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the driving force behind optimizing sales processes and operations, directly impacting revenue generation and sales team effectiveness. Partnering with Aquent, a global leader in connecting top talent with the world’s best brands, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of sales within a dynamic and innovative environment.

This 6 – 12 month contract role is pivotal in ensuring sales teams have the tools and support they need to excel. You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, tackling challenges head-on and implementing solutions that directly impact sales outcomes. Your analytical prowess and deep understanding of sales operations will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and maximizing sales productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline sales processes, including incentive compensation, contact center operations, pipeline management, and lead management.
  • Partner with technology and analytics teams to implement and optimize sales tools, reporting, and insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance sales team efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership to optimize sales strategies and performance.
  • Support both internal and external sales teams, ensuring a seamless experience with sales tools and processes.
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and customer success, to align sales operations with overall business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role.
  • Good experience with Salesforce.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Seismic).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with Databricks/Github.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience launching CRM/tools into sales organizations.
