As a Senior Creative in the Advertising team, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising and delivering campaigns to promote entertainment programming, sports, and TV products. You’ll bring your ideas to life across a range of platforms including TV, print, out-of-home, and social media – working on projects from major sporting events to product launches and seasonal campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Develop bold, original ideas that drive the brand forward.
- Deliver effective creative solutions in TTL communications across multiple channels, including TVCs, print, OOH, digital, and social.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the team and across the wider organisation.
- Build compelling presentations and confidently pitch work to senior stakeholders.
- Guide production processes, including shoots and post-production.
- Support the Creative Directors in delivering high-quality output.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all work aligns with masterbrand values.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong copywriting ability.
- Proficiency in the German language.
- An understanding of the German market (advantageous).
- A proven track record of producing outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns with strong, central ideas.
- Experience across multiple brands.
- Excellent conceptual and ideation skills, with a flair for execution and meticulous attention to detail.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Good knowledge of production processes, including shoots and post-production.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- A genuine passion for television and technology.
