Partnering with Aquent, a globally recognized financial services organization is seeking a dynamic and innovative marketing professional to join their impactful team. This is a 6–12 month hybrid contract, offering £250–£276 per day (Umbrella / LTD, outside IR35). Due to the high volume of applications, we may be unable to respond to each applicant individually. **What You’ll Do**

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of global customer marketing, driving initiatives that make a tangible difference. You will:

* Develop and socialize compelling campaign briefs that clearly outline business requirements, opportunities, success metrics, and overall marketing strategy.
* Collaborate closely with global product and commercial teams, ensuring all marketing activities are deeply rooted in customer insights and competitive intelligence.
* Orchestrate the seamless execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, managing creative development, deployment, timelines, and budgets.
* Act as a change agent, supporting communication and training efforts within the organization to foster effective adoption of new campaigns and processes.
* Drive continuous improvement by measuring and optimizing program performance, creating insightful analyses using dashboards, and sharing progress and key milestones with business partners.
* Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and comply with legal and data protection requirements.

**What You’ll Bring**

* Proven marketing experience, including campaign management, within a B2B customer success environment, ideally for a software or enterprise technology company.

* Exceptional adaptability, quickly adjusting to evolving priorities and environments.
* Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and a commitment to follow-through.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.
* A genuine passion for data, with the ability to delve into analytics and uncover the story behind the numbers.
* Fluency in English with outstanding written, verbal, and social communication skills.
