We’re looking for a Freelance Creative Director with deep experience in branding and visual identity development to lead the creative vision for our company.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate brand values into powerful, consistent creative across all touchpoints — from digital campaigns to packaging, social content, and brand experiences.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and maintaining a distinctive brand identity while guiding creative teams toward innovative, high-impact storytelling that drives engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and evolve brand identity systems, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across all platforms and campaigns

Lead the creation of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and creative assets that strengthen and unify our brand presence

Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts for campaigns, digital content, social media, and experiential activations

Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align creative output with business objectives and audience insights

Provide strategic and creative direction to designers, writers, and producers — guiding projects from concept through to final delivery

Present and pitch creative ideas to internal stakeholders or clients, articulating how creative solutions support brand strategy

Stay current with design and cultural trends, continually pushing the brand’s creative expression forward.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand design (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated experience building or revitalizing brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and campaigns
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, identity systems, and storytelling
- Proven ability to create and enforce brand guidelines and creative frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire creative teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools
- Experience managing multiple creative projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of motion, digital, and experiential branding is a plus.
