**This is a 12 month remote contract (you must be living in the UK with no sponsorship required) paying £48.45p/h PAYE + holiday pay**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join a fun, fast-growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, directly contributing to the expansion of our client’s hotel category. You will play a key part in acquiring high-quality inventory, partnering directly with hotels and chains, and ensuring the platform maintains a compelling selection of accommodations. Your expertise will not only drive market presence but also foster strong, lasting relationships with partners, ultimately enhancing the value for both guests and the platform.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Meet and exceed key performance indicators by taking ownership of your assigned region’s performance and success.
* Proactively prospect new potential hotel partners through external research, networking, and the utilization of internal tools.
* Expertly articulate and communicate the platform’s unique value proposition to new partners through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
* Drive net new partner acquisition by efficiently qualifying and advancing leads through the sales funnel, consistently achieving defined quarterly goals.
* Lead market launches, including supporting lead generation efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams to establish new supply.
* Provide essential support for hotel onboarding processes following successful sales opportunities.
* Develop and implement scalable strategies that generate maximum business impact across a diverse portfolio of hotel partners.
* Cultivate and strengthen relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the platform and confidently advocating its benefits.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong professional experience, preferably within a fast-growing startup tech company, with a strong background in sales and/or account management.
* Proficiency in English.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results and navigate constantly changing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented while maintaining a fast pace.
* Proven ability to establish strong relationships with partners and effectively influence outcomes.
* Capacity to skillfully balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with longer-term strategic execution.
* A quick learner with a fearless approach to getting the job done, embracing challenges and learning from experiences.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in the hospitality sector.
