What You’ll Do:

As a key contributor, you will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of international social media communications programs. You will blend your program management expertise with deep social media knowledge to guide local and regional teams, disseminate best practices, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact social media initiatives. Your work will be crucial in fostering collaboration, enhancing operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, effective communication across diverse global markets.

  • Guide and advise local and regional social media points of contact on best practices and campaign execution. Develop and maintain essential toolkits and resources to upskill markets and enhance social program performance. Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic points of view for international social media.
  • Guide the delivery of international social media campaigns and independently own or co-lead specific program streams and strategic activations. Support the development of comprehensive international social media plans, including annual planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with central teams on reporting, learning agendas, and improvement plans. Maintain a holistic view of all programs and regions, actively cross-sharing learnings and knowledge. Manage stakeholder communication and action plans, and support the dissemination of central initiatives to local and regional teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet international needs and optimize resourcing.
  • Deliver impactful workshops and program kick-offs. Build strong working relationships with local and regional social media points of contact to understand challenges and opportunities. Drive ongoing cross-program communication and best practice sharing. Facilitate the sharing of internal and external work and lead upskilling initiatives on specific social media topics.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications.
  • Excellent Program and Project management skills gained within matrix organizations and across diverse geographies.
  • Strong expertise in social media platforms, including comprehensive campaign planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams or across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently on well-defined projects and program streams, delivering results with minimal oversight.
