We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Strategic Program Manager to join our client’s fast-paced and innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker and builder who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys shaping programs that directly impact business growth and revenue.
As part of the Partner Operations function, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing partner programs—driving alignment across sales, finance, analytics, and operations to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage partner programs including partner tiering, ROI analysis, and incentive or discounting frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, and deal desk teams to ensure program alignment and successful execution.
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting tools using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Analyze data to identify trends, surface insights, and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously—balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Communicate program objectives and results to senior stakeholders and external partners clearly and effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying new ideas to continuously improve program performance.
About You
- Good experience in B2B sales operations, partner operations, or strategic program management.
- Proven ability to design and deliver partner or sales programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce (SFDC)—comfortable creating dashboards, models, and reports.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
- Agile and adaptable, able to thrive in environments of change and ambiguity.
- Self-starter and strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience within technology, SaaS, or partner ecosystems.
- Salesforce.com or CRM administration knowledge.
- Project Management or Data Analytics certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar).
