The EMEA Consumer & Creator team is seeking a skilled Consumer Marketing professional with a proven track record in building brands and creating meaningful connections with audiences. The ideal candidate will excel at turning data and insights into actionable strategies, and at delivering integrated, impactful campaigns that shift perceptions and inspire behaviour change.

This position requires close collaboration with global and regional cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive business outcomes. The role sits within a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment that values new ideas, a growth mindset, accountability, independence, and resourcefulness. Success requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that drive brand and business growth, using insights from internal and external sources to deepen understanding of consumers and creators.
  • Translate insights and opportunities into full-funnel marketing campaigns—both on and off platform—by leading creative development and go-to-market planning.
  • Partner with global Brand, Product, and Creative teams to ensure that regional strategies and local briefs align with global direction, adapting where necessary for cultural, social, and product nuances.
  • Collaborate with Creator and Business teams across EMEA to ensure unified strategic alignment and activation across consumer, creator, and commercial audiences.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and learning agendas to assess business impact, generate proof points, and identify opportunities for scaling across EMEA and internationally.
  • Champion innovation by spotting and delivering opportunities for testing and experimentation within the EMEA and wider International Marketing teams.
  • Communicate effectively and foster strong partnerships across all organisational levels to advocate for and drive marketing strategies.
  • Bridge global strategy with regional and local relevance, managing external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver effective, innovative, and culturally resonant marketing work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in brand marketing, with a strong record of delivering complex, integrated, and innovative campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive international experience working with global and EMEA regional brands, including leading multi-market initiatives across varied cultural and commercial landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights, data, and market/technology trends into compelling customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, building influential and productive relationships.
  • Expertise in data-driven and measurement-focused environments, including KPI definition and development of robust measurement plans.
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker with the ability to contextualise market and technological trends to guide strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Creator marketing, with the ability to deliver cross-audience activations spanning consumers and businesses. Experience in product marketing, growth marketing, and/or innovation is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Experience prioritising consumer marketing over B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the creator landscape and its role in shaping culture and consumer behaviour.
  • EMEA regional expertise, with an ability to navigate diverse markets and cultural contexts.
  • Background in both technology-driven environments and more traditional industries.
  • While seniority may vary, candidates must demonstrate clear experience as a proven brand campaign manager.

This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by Tuesday November 18th. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. If you have not received a response, please assume that you have not been selected for progression to the next stage of the hiring process.
