** Data Scientist Role: This is a 12 month hybrid working model 2-3 times per week in the London office, 2 days remote, £41.35 p/h PAYE + holiday pay**

Your expertise will be crucial in uncovering key trends, developing advanced analytical models, and driving data-informed decisions that propel the company’s mission forward.
**Responsibilities:**
* Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across various products and business operations.
* Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address critical business problems.
* Clearly and concisely communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
* Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams to design and execute data-driven strategies.
* Ensure the integrity, privacy, and compliance of data with internal policies and applicable regulations.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in a data science or similar analytical role.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning principles, and data visualization techniques.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
