**What You’ll Do:**

* Lead and manage end-to-end fit processes for menswear and activewear product developments, collaborating closely with internal teams.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of product returns data and customer feedback to identify and resolve fit and quality issues proactively.
* Leverage extensive activewear expertise to guarantee optimal performance through precise fit, construction, and component selection.
* Orchestrate and execute wearer trials for new products, ensuring consistent fit, comfort, and freedom of movement across all size ranges.
* Apply advanced grading and 3D fit knowledge to develop and customize grade rules, ensuring accurate and consistent global fit.
* Contribute expert insights to strategic project work, focusing on fit optimization, concession management, process improvements, and vendor relations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong dedicated experience as a Technical Designer or Garment Technologist, specifically owning fit and quality for global menswear and activewear apparel.
* Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end fit processes for diverse apparel categories.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting returns data and customer sentiment to drive actionable improvements.
* In-depth knowledge of activewear performance requirements, construction, and component selection.
* Proficiency in conducting and analyzing wearer trials to ensure product consistency and comfort.
* Advanced understanding and practical application of grading principles and 3D fit technologies.
* Proven ability to contribute effectively to strategic projects related to fit, concessions, and vendor management.
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
