We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Designer to join an innovative design team focused on extended reality technology.

• In this pivotal role, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of immersive experiences, transforming conceptual ideas into tangible, impactful products that will delight and engage a vast global audience.
• Your designs will not only simplify complex interactions but also set new standards for visual systems and user engagement.
• As a key member of the design team, you will lead design projects from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver intuitive and compelling virtual experiences.
• You will be instrumental in driving strategic design decisions and elevating the overall quality of product design.

Primary Duties:

• Lead and deliver design projects of significant and/or ambiguous scope.
• Translate broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable experiences for a vast user base.
• Design intuitive flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop new experiences and layouts that evolve and define visual systems.
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of innovative products.
• Provide and solicit constructive feedback from design peers and broader product teams to continuously raise the bar for quality, while also mentoring others.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from its initial concept through to launch.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to clearly map out application UX flows and create user interfaces using Figma.
• A highly hands-on approach with a proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate, such as mocking up multiple solution variants daily to inform design direction.
• Strong product thinking, evidenced by proactively shaping the product rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
• Exceptional systems thinking, with the ability to understand the complete picture beyond individual features and their interdependencies.
• Essential experience in spatial design, including backgrounds in game development or extended reality (XR).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Unity
