We are looking for a Marketing expert to own and optimize critical marketing funnels, driving qualified opportunities and accelerating revenue. **What You’ll Do:**
* Develop and execute comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies and campaigns across paid, organic, email, and third-party partnerships to drive business growth and customer engagement.
* Own and optimize the marketing pipeline, setting and achieving key metrics and revenue targets by working backward from overarching business goals.
* Drive end-to-end pipeline optimization across all stages, from initial marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through sales accepted leads (SALs) and ultimately to new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and implement high-impact nurture programs that significantly accelerate pipeline velocity.
* Analyze marketing funnel metrics rigorously to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions that improve conversion rates at every stage.
* Provide robust B2B reporting, delivering weekly and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership to measure performance, guide strategic optimization, and present actionable insights.
* Plan and deliver sophisticated digital media campaigns, including the effective management of external paid media agencies.
* Compile, analyze, and present detailed performance metrics, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall performance.
* Work seamlessly across organizational boundaries, partnering with various teams including events, field marketing, sales, and technology, to define, manage, and prioritize critical initiatives.
* Gain hands-on experience managing significant B2B marketing budgets and leading key agency relationships.
* Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions.
**What You’ll Bring:**
* **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Solid professional, non-internship B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in developing and executing data-driven campaigns.
* Demonstrated expertise in owning and optimizing marketing funnels across all stages (MQL → SQL → SAL → Opportunities), with a clear ability to drive measurable revenue impact.
* Advanced proficiency in using data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, drive improvements, and inform strategic decisions.
* Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
* Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
* Proven experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a strong track record of effectively communicating complex results and insights to senior leadership.
* Demonstrated success in managing paid media agencies and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, particularly with sales teams.
* Ability to work autonomously, hit the ground running, and maintain business continuity in a dynamic environment.
