Aquent, in partnership with a leading global platform dedicated to unique stays and experiences, is seeking a visionary professional to join a team that’s redefining how people connect with the world. This is your chance to directly impact how millions discover authentic local culture, fostering genuine human connection and combating the loneliness epidemic by bringing people together in the real world. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping unique offerings, identifying compelling experiences, and building a vibrant community of partners.
As a pivotal member of the Acquisition Team within the Supply organization, you will drive the expansion of exceptional experiences by researching, sourcing, and pitching to potential partners. You’ll be instrumental in discovering and developing high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by experts, balancing cross-functional needs across design, business, legal, and leadership teams. Your work will not only bring new, exciting activities to the platform but also optimize their success and retain high-priority partners, kick-starting their journey to thrive. This role offers the unique opportunity to build something from the ground up, combining creative vision with sharp business acumen, and contributing directly to the growth and impact of a globally recognized brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and source key individuals, experts, and activities central to the identity and culture of various areas. Stay updated on industry trends and actively contribute to lead generation by building and maintaining specific leads lists, discovering unique, “off-the-beaten-path” opportunities that align with the platform’s vision.
- Effectively pitch the value proposition to prospective partners, acquiring both existing and co-created experiences. Develop concepts and run-of-shows, manage leads through internal funnels and tracking systems, and report on acquisition output. Take full accountability for your book of business, devising creative solutions to accelerate acquisition and overcome friction points.
- Guide partners through their initial 3-6 months on the platform, providing support with technical aspects, optimization strategies, and growth best practices (e.g., pricing, run-of-show). Ensure partner retention during their ramp-up period, driving business success for priority partners and their listings.
- Provide regular project updates and actionable feedback to cross-functional leads. Accurately assess issues and collaborate with peers, leadership, and stakeholders to creatively problem-solve. Develop compelling business cases to remove blockers and friction points.
- Maintain 100% accurate data hygiene across all tracking systems and leadership updates. Report on both positive and negative performance trends with a solution-oriented mindset, staying current on best practices and team trainings.
- Ensure that all sourced supply meets the high-quality standards and aligns with the brand’s vision, adhering to taste and quality measures set by cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales-related roles.
- Deep knowledge of local and regional trends related to travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food & beverage, and other hospitality sectors.
- A sharp eye for setting and spotting cultural trends, with a strong ability to assess quality and anticipate market shifts.
- Proven skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
- Proficiency in CRM and organizational systems.
- Demonstrated accountability for results, with a proven ability to deliver against KPIs and business targets, maintaining focus and drive.
** Please note, next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates in January 2026 **
