The Event Manager (Small Business) is responsible for managing and overseeing the planning and delivery of meetings and special events across the EMEA region. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies through high-quality, well-executed events. The position requires strong leadership capability, financial oversight and end-to-end event management expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the planning and execution of meetings and special events across EMEA.
  • Coordinate all event amenities and arrangements, including venue selection, catering, transportation and audio-visual requirements.
  • Support the execution of GTM event strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor, manage and control event budgets, and prepare regular cost and budget reports.
  • Manage subordinate staff and oversee day-to-day performance and delivery of responsibilities.
  • Ensure project and departmental milestones and objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and approved budgets.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and/or relevant professional experience
