We are looking for an entrepreneurial Acquisition Lead – Experiences to build and scale a high-quality portfolio of local experiences in London. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, culturally curious leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building something from the ground up.

You will be accountable for sourcing, pitching and launching compelling experiences, working closely with creators, experts and local businesses. Combining creative judgement with strong sales and relationship management skills, you will own the full acquisition lifecycle – from initial research through to host optimisation and retention.

What you’ll do

  • Own the acquisition of new experiences in London through proactive research, sourcing and pitching
  • Identify high-quality, in-demand experiences and recruit expert hosts, creators and local brands
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline using personal networks and third-party data tools
  • Guide experiences through the end-to-end acquisition process, balancing creative, commercial and legal requirements
  • Support and grow newly onboarded hosts during their first 6–12 months, driving long-term success and retention
  • Represent London in cross-functional forums and leadership discussions
  • Set the quality bar, pace and performance standards for the local acquisition team
  • Track performance, maintain accurate reporting and deliver against defined KPIs

What we’re looking for

  • 15+ years’ experience in partnerships, sales, content or supply acquisition
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with excellent creative judgement
  • Deep knowledge of London’s cultural, hospitality and entertainment landscape
  • Proven ability to spot trends, assess quality and act ahead of the market
  • A confident communicator who can influence across creative, technical and commercial teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Experience managing small teams and driving performance
  • Proficient with CRM and pipeline management tools

Why join

This is a rare opportunity to shape a city’s experiences offering from the ground up, working with some of the most interesting creators and businesses in London. You’ll have ownership, influence and the chance to make a visible impact in a high-growth environment.

This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates by January 7th. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. If you have not received a response, please assume that you have not been selected for progression to the next stage of the hiring process.
