Aquent is partnering with an innovative and fast-growing brand in the fashion and accessories industry, known for its commitment to quality and distinctive style. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team where your contributions will directly shape the brand’s visual identity and market presence. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to step into a pivotal role, supporting key marketing and brand initiatives. You will be instrumental in bringing creative visions to life, ensuring seamless execution of brand strategies, and making a tangible impact on how our products are presented to the world.

In this dynamic position, you will be at the heart of our brand’s operational and creative flow, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure every visual element, from product samples to campaign imagery, reflects our high standards. You will be a crucial link between our creative teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all brand assets are meticulously managed and perfectly aligned with our strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of product samples, including unpacking, sorting, displaying, and dispatching to customers and press. Prepare samples for all internal and external meetings, and coordinate with manufacturing partners regarding sample delivery timelines.
  • Assist in the planning and booking of photoshoots, including preparing essential documentation. Liaise with model agencies for talent sourcing and coordinate with external e-commerce studios. Provide general assistance on shoot days, which may involve travel and overnight stays.
  • Take ownership of all brand imagery, downloading, organizing into required folders, and managing color editing and re-cropping to meet diverse business and customer specifications.
  • Produce compelling graphics for a wide range of marketing assets, including website content, point-of-sale materials, social media campaigns, paid advertising, and trade shows.
  • Update and maintain brand decks to ensure consistent messaging and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with photographers for lookbook imagery, and then plan, design, and execute the seasonal lookbook. Work with merchandising teams to ensure accurate and corresponding price lists for each style.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Manager, manage office tidiness, and handle general administrative tasks, including restocking supplies. As part of a close-knit team, be prepared to undertake varied ad-hoc tasks with training.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
