We are looking for a Startup Marketing Manager to manage and deliver marketing programmes focused on the startup and investor ecosystem. This role sits in a fast-paced, growth environment and works closely with sales and venture capital stakeholders to execute well-defined campaigns and high-impact moments across the region.

This is not a brand marketing role. The focus is on programme delivery, stakeholder management, and campaign execution using existing playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regional startup and investor marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with sales and venture capital stakeholders
  • Coordinate investor and ecosystem events, including calendars, invitations, logistics, swag, and catering (delivered by local teams)
  • Support flagship initiatives such as investor immersion days and thought-leadership events
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller, high-touch engagements with founders, investors, and executives
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance
  • Work collaboratively within a wider team supporting the startup programme

Experience & Background

  • 5–10 years’ experience in B2B marketing (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Experience within startups, scale-ups, technology vendors, or the startup ecosystem
  • Strong programme and campaign management skills
  • Experience working closely with sales and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable coordinating events without running them on-site
  • Good understanding of the startup and investment landscape
