In this pivotal role, you will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of their global operations by ensuring seamless procurement processes, from initial request to final contract execution. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering strong stakeholder relationships, mitigating risk, and driving operational rigor, making a tangible difference in how the company supports its diverse international business needs.

About the Role:

This senior individual contributor position is at the heart of our client’s procurement ecosystem, where you will own the end-to-end execution of critical purchase requisitions and contract workflows. You will be the trusted partner for various international stakeholders across marketing, services, and technology, guiding them through complex procurement processes with precision and proactive communication. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on independent management, meticulous execution, and building robust operational frameworks that contribute directly to the company’s global success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for international stakeholders, overseeing purchase requisitions and contract execution from intake through completion.
  • Independently manage a high volume of active requisitions and contracts simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and consistent momentum.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular, transparent status updates.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships by consistently demonstrating responsiveness, reliability, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Identify and proactively resolve potential delays or issues, taking full ownership to ensure smooth progress.
  • Lead the coordination of contract drafting, review, and execution (including MSAs, SOWs, and amendments) in close partnership with legal and business teams.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurate, complete, compliant, and perfectly aligned with approved commercial terms.
  • Manage approval workflows, signature processes, and final document archiving with exceptional attention to detail, acting as a critical quality control point.
  • Execute and meticulously track requisitions, contracts, and supplier onboarding processes within ERP and Source-to-Pay systems.
  • Guarantee that all data, documentation, and approvals are accurately captured and readily available for audit.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with supplier management, finance, legal, and other procurement partners to facilitate efficient handoffs.
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and propose practical improvements to processes, templates, or workflows.
  • Maintain organized records and comprehensive documentation to support reporting and ongoing supplier management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7–10 years of robust experience in procurement operations, sourcing execution, contract management, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing purchase requisitions, contracts, and approvals within ERP and Source-to-Pay systems.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, manage high volumes of work, and drive end-to-end execution with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering effectively with legal, finance, and diverse business stakeholders on contract execution
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity without compromising accuracy.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience supporting procurement needs for marketing, professional services, or technology categories.
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and fundamental vendor management principles.
  • Prior consulting or internal advisory experience is a valuable asset.
