We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic marketing team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual presentation and promotional efforts for a widely used digital content platform. About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in coordinating the creative content production process for a leading digital content platform. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of promotional assets, from initial intake to final archiving, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. Your contributions will directly influence how engaging promotions are delivered to millions of customers, working at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence. You will collaborate with diverse teams globally, driving continuous improvement in processes and platforms, and helping to maintain the high standards of a world-class digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end asset management process for a large volume of creative assets, including ingestion, review, approval, handoff, and archiving.
- Manage the intake and approval of hundreds of partner assets submitted monthly for promotional use on the digital content platform.
- Serve as a key partner within the digital content ecosystem, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, operations, and legal teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of engaging promotions to customers worldwide.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to identify opportunities and help shape plans for process and platform enhancements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience overseeing the asset management process for large quantities of creative assets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international partners across various time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against tight and sometimes shifting deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator with strong project and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with design concepts, terminology, and digital asset specifications.
- Proficiency in using multiple tools, trackers, and file storage systems (e.g., Airtable, Box, DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator).
- Excellent understanding of and passion for technology, and the breadth of content available on digital platforms.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in other languages is beneficial.
