We are seeking a commercially driven and highly experienced Director of Performance Marketing to lead and scale our growth engine.

This is a high-impact opportunity with equity, offering significant ownership and autonomy within the business.

  • This role requires someone who has successfully scaled paid media spend and performance within a D2C environment, built and developed high-performing teams, and driven measurable revenue growth.
  • You will take full strategic and operational ownership of performance marketing, with paid social positioned as the primary growth lever, supported by paid search and other digital acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the full-funnel performance marketing roadmap across paid social, paid search, and other acquisition channels
  • Owning and managing substantial media budgets, ensuring efficient CAC, ROAS, and scalable growth
  • Leading joint business planning with agency partners, ensuring alignment with wider commercial objectives
  • Translating business context into channel strategy, identifying where and how to scale effectively
  • Driving a structured testing and optimisation framework across creative, targeting, and channel mix
  • Building clear reporting frameworks and confidently communicating performance to senior stakeholders in both technical and layman’s terms
  • Creating accountability across the business for performance outcomes, with clear revenue impact

We are looking for someone hands-on and operationally strong — not just strategic. with a deep understanding of platform mechanics, creative-performance alignment, and growth modelling.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-accountability environments, brings energy and ownership, and has a proven track record of scaling D2C brands through paid acquisition.
