Freelance - Creative Artworker / Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Creative Artworker or Designer to support the production of a major annual corporate report for a global client.

The overall design direction is established, so this is not a rebrand. Instead, we need someone with exceptional layout skills and a sharp design eye to evolve and refine the existing framework — particularly as new copy will require careful restructuring, reflowing and thoughtful visual adjustment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Updating and reworking an existing report layout to accommodate new content
• Managing complex amends with precision and speed
• Selecting and refreshing imagery with a strong editorial eye
• Ensuring absolute consistency and detail across a long-form document
• Working closely with stakeholders through multiple review rounds

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience producing high-quality corporate or annual reports
• Excellent typographic and layout skills
• Designing associated PowerPoint presentations with polished, professional visuals
• A meticulous eye for detail — especially when handling frequent amends
• Confident image selection and visual judgement
• Calm, professional and resilient under pressure
• Fast, efficient and easy to work with
• This role requires someone confident in their craft, comfortable navigating iterative feedback, and able to maintain high standards across a dense, deadline-driven project.
