We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our client’s dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of critical customer agreements and subscriptions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your operational expertise and collaborative spirit to drive customer retention and contribute to the ongoing success of a leading enterprise, partnered with Aquent.

In this pivotal role, you will be engaged in the core of renewal operations, directly supporting the continuity of customer relationships and business agreements. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving consistent revenue streams.

You will: 

  • Support all facets of renewal operations, including maintenance agreements, license renewals, and new subscriptions.
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy for renewal activities, customer notifications, order validation, and status updates.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a business operations or sales operations role.
  • A collaborative team player adept at thriving in fast-paced, diverse environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
