We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to help bring product campaigns and launches to life across international markets. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, coordinate creative development, and ensure seamless execution from initial concept through to launch.
Working in partnership with regional marketing teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure programmes, campaigns, and product launches are delivered to the highest standard and make a meaningful impact. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for creative delivery across paid, earned, and owned channels internationally.
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee creative project schedules and drive efficient workflows across the team. You’ll track progress, manage timelines, identify potential bottlenecks, organise key review moments, and ensure projects move forward smoothly and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex creative projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience working with creative teams, ideally within an agency environment.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly structure information, identify risks, and propose effective solutions.
- A high level of cultural awareness and curiosity, paired with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of digital and video asset creation, including production and approval workflows.
- A proactive and creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organisation.
Tools & Skills
You are comfortable working with tools such as Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar, and can confidently manage communication, documentation, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
