This unique opportunity allows you to make a direct impact in growing the operations of our independent delivery partners. You will play a crucial role in shaping their experience, working closely with the Live Operations team to ensure a positive and efficient journey from day one. Your contributions will directly enhance the efficiency and satisfaction of the partner network, driving the success of the platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new independent delivery partners, guiding them through account creation and setup to ensure a seamless start.
  • Communicate essential updates regarding delivery operations, including incentive programs and other pertinent information, to our delivery partners.
  • Drive engagement initiatives for delivery partners, including initial shift check-ins, providing account support, and executing targeted outreach campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours) Monday-Friday, from 10:30 to 18:30. Occasional weekend shifts (approximately one every two months, 11:00 AM to 20:00) are part of a team rotation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and patiently explain complex processes.
  • A strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a positive, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with quick thinking to troubleshoot account issues and resolve onboarding challenges.
  • Technical proficiency, comfortable navigating various digital tools, internal systems, and troubleshooting common digital issues.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate account setup and compliance with all onboarding procedures.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Experience in customer support, onboarding, or training roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or experience in drafting marketing communications.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and Dutch.
