The main function of a Creative Designer is to be responsible for the vision and execution of graphics and/or visual standards when it comes to company branding and marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, own the brand identity and brand guidelines for the entire business
• Deliver high-quality, on brand, scalable graphic solutions in a timely manner
• Work with business and/or development partners to understand scope of work requests, key goals, messages, calls to action, etc. so designs reflect these objectives
• Understand basic questions that need to be asked at the beginning of any request (with depth of questions increasing as complexity increases).
• Take an idea from concept to reality.
• Understand usability principles that help drive successful designs.
• Analyse marketing challenges and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
• Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into designs.
• Design cohesive creatives across multiple platforms including display, mobile

Skills:
• Knowledge of design techniques and current design trends
• Good understanding of Adobe Creative suite (motion design a bonus)
• Good creative and conceptual skills related to motion design, information design and branding

Education/Experience:
• Undergraduate degree in design or related field
• Professional experience working as a visual designer, graphic designer, creative designer, etc.
