About this role
The Manager, Retail Brand Experience, Global Franchise, develops best-in-class brand and product storytelling strategies for stores across the franchise fleet. They implement global direction and create regional strategies that deliver a consistent brand execution and drive conversion.
- They partner with Product, Brand and Retail teams to deliver channel strategies that position the brand and elevate product superiority.
- They leverage consumer and regional insights alongside marketplace trends to create flexible tiered solutions that can easily be adapted across store formats to create a consistent regional experience.
Responsibilities
- In-Store Marketing
- Manage their regions’ RBE calendars in collaboration with global and regional
- Teams and franchise partners, identifying key moments that support business objectives.
- Deliver franchise market insights to the EMEA RBE team to identify unique needs and inform long and short-term product presentation and storytelling requirements.
- Review Global and European campaigns and tailor these for regional implementation.
- Support the franchise teams to successfully implement creative concepts, sharing Feedback to ensure global consistency
- Ensure franchise teams have the necessary resources to plan and manage engaging store screen content in line with key campaigns and guest messaging.
- Be aware of innovation and trends within their franchise market’s retail space, sharing learnings with the EMEA RBE team.
Visual Merchandising and Styling
- Dedicate time to franchise stores and partners to understand business needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Retail partners to define regional priorities.
- Deliver weekly, monthly and seasonal plans and training tools for application of product presentation strategies across the varied store formats – ensuring consistent direction and clear communication.
- Create and deliver in-market training content to upskill the workforce inVMS.
- Partner with Store Design and Product on guest journeys, layouts and zoning for NSOs and optimisations, encouraging ‘test and learns’.
- KPIs: sell-through, guest and educator sentiment, brand awareness and familiarity.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience as a visual space creator within a premium retail brand/s
- Demonstrable positive impact on both guests and sales using innovative ideas without compromising brand equity
- Experience working with franchise partners is preferred
- Experience creating visual merchandising resources
- Experience working in retail, apparel preferred
- Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend knowledge
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, visual, written and verbal
- Global experience is an asset; a culturally sensitive global viewpoint is essential
- Willingness to travel (domestic and international)
