Role Summary
Our client are looking for an outstanding Junior and Midweight social, digital‑first Advertising Creatives to join the Creative’s Advertising team on a freelance basis. Reporting into a Creative Director, you will concept, craft and deliver platform‑native ideas for the clients biggest campaigns — with a focus on TikTok, Meta Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging formats.
What You’ll Do
- Develop social‑first ideas native to TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
- Craft scripts, treatments, and storyboards for vertical formats.
- Translate cultural moments, sounds, and behaviours into creative opportunities.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Designers and Producers.
- Present work clearly and persuasively
- Guide production and post-production.
- Uphold the clients brand values and identity.
- Work independently and with wider creative teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong portfolio of social‑first creative work.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta Reels, YouTube Shorts.
- Experience in reactive and evergreen content.
- Ability across short‑form video, statics, motion, platform‑specific assets.
- Conceptual thinking and ability to originate powerful ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- An understanding of how to use AI to help bring ideas to life and present/showcase your work
- Bonus: editing/motion experience.
Ideal Showreel will include:
- Short‑form social campaigns created for major brands.
- TikTok‑native creative thinking and executions
- Examples of reactive, trend-led content.
- Strong storytelling in vertical formats.
- Demonstration of platform‑specific craft, transitions, motion and sound choices.
