We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to support measurement, research, and strategic insights across digital and online video initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in marketing measurement, and a solid understanding of the online video and creator ecosystem.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate campaign performance, uncover consumer insights, design experiments, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing measurement and analytics projects across digital and online video platforms.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic business decisions.
  • Analyse market, audience, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and evaluate experiments, including interpreting confidence intervals, MDE, and other statistical outputs.
  • Work with large datasets using SQL, PLX, Colab, Excel, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Build reports, dashboards, trend analyses, charts, and pivot tables for stakeholder reporting.
  • Provide insights into the online video landscape and content creator ecosystem.
  • Partner with teams across functions and regions to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Marketing Measurement, Data Mining, Market Research, or Consumer Insights.
  • Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Good understanding of statistics and experiment design.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PLX, and Colab.
  • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of the online video industry and digital media landscape.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience designing experiments from scratch; knowledge of DoubleML is a plus.
  • Experience managing analysts or research teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and international teams.
  • Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
