Are you a visionary 3D Animator ready to make a significant impact on global content? We are seeking a talented individual to join a cross-functional team, collaborating with some of the best content creators, business stakeholders, art directors, and creative designers in the world. This is a unique contract opportunity where your creativity and technical prowess will directly shape the visual narrative of impactful projects, bringing compelling stories to a vast audience. You’ll be instrumental in transforming initial concepts into stunning, executed deliverables, deploying the latest technologies to enhance every story.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver best-in-class 3D Animation that promotes compelling stories across a wide range of platforms.
• Cultivate relationships with leading 3D Animation studios, agencies, and independent artists globally.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability, working seamlessly across diverse design styles, creative aesthetics, and artistic approaches.
• Confidently present innovative ideas and motion concepts to both the immediate motion team and broader leadership and stakeholders.
• Act as a positive, solution-focused team member, bringing enthusiasm for new and exciting creative possibilities.
• Tackle challenging creative tasks with equal comfort and contribute to essential executional production tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working within a creative team, advertising agency, or in-house creative environment.
• Profound knowledge of visual storytelling specifically through 3D Animation.
• A detail-obsessed approach, coupled with a strong design background and a keen awareness of current trends in both design and motion.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cinema4D, Redshift, and After Effects, showcased through an extensive 3D design portfolio or showreel.
• In-depth understanding of the complete animation pipeline, from initial concept development through asset creation and final delivery, encompassing a wide array of styles.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional software packages such as Maya/Arnold, Blender, or similar industry tools.
