JOB SUMMARY:
This is FTC as a MAT cover. Pay depending on the experience £32k-£35k pa pro rata plus bonus
Are you passionate about the creative and digital industries? Do you have a knack for building relationships and a drive to connect great people with amazing opportunities? We’re looking for a Creative & Digital Talent Agent to join our team and help us build our community of top-tier talent.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, working closely with clients and candidates to achieve success. You’ll use your expertise and our bespoke AI system to build strong talent pools and deliver exceptional service.
What you'll do:
- Build Relationships: Actively engage with clients and talent through calls, emails, and meetings to become their trusted recruitment partner.
- Source Top Talent: Write compelling job adverts, search job boards, and use advanced headhunting techniques to find and connect with the best creative and digital professionals.
- Make Great Matches: Interview candidates to understand their skills and career goals, then match them with the perfect freelance and permanent roles.
- Leverage Technology: Use our cutting-edge tech, AI, and automation tools to streamline your work and stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive Success: Support candidates throughout the interview process, manage client relationships, and ensure a high fill rate for all roles.
- Stay Connected: Attend networking events and stay up-to-date with industry trends to expand your knowledge and contacts.
