As the Content Production & Project Manager, you will be the key link between teams, ensuring the efficient management and delivery of marketing assets across the region. From briefing and coordination to final delivery, you’ll drive content production with precision, fostering collaboration and optimizing processes. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining workflows, ensuring timely delivery, and elevating content production excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Content Production & Project Management – Oversee the full content production lifecycle, from briefing production partners to ensuring final asset delivery.
  • Foster Collaboration – Build strong relationships with Marketing, Creative Studio, Media, and Agency teams to align on project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure Effective Communication & Planning – Keep stakeholders informed with structured updates, manage approval processes, and mitigate risks to meet deadlines.
  • Drive Operational Excellence – Continuously improve processes, support financial planning, and optimize resource allocation in collaboration with agency production managers.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Project Management Expertise – Proven experience managing end-to-end content production.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly articulate project updates, coordinate teams, and drive alignment across functions.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving – Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate challenges and find proactive solutions.
  • Collaboration & Leadership – Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Organizational Agility – Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in project management within a creative, content production, or marketing environment.
  • Strong background in content production and asset management.
  • Design sensibility and attention to detail (design experience is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus.
