The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Solutions Manager to join our client’s team, focusing on custom advertising programmes that enhance customer experiences and drive brand engagement. You will work closely with Advertising Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Design, and multiple internal teams to deliver high-quality campaign solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own product definition, positioning, packaging, and pricing for advertising solutions.
- Track and report on programme performance, ensuring measurable impact.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop business cases and roadmaps to prioritise solutions.
- Define user stories and work with Design Technologists and Engineers to build and scale solutions.
- Apply experimentation frameworks to validate programme enhancements.
- Project manage complex campaigns from conception to launch.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify risks, foresee challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
- Lead internal and client meetings to align campaign objectives and deliverables.
- Manage workflows, documentation, and training materials for internal teams.
- Present confidently to senior leadership, clients, and large audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in program, project, or solutions management for major brands.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, structure workflows, and prioritise effectively.
- Experience working cross-functionally across creative, technical, and legal teams.
- A track record of driving results in advertising or marketing campaigns.
