We are looking for a Mid weight Designer to work with our client
Reporting into the Creative Director for Advertising Design, this is a middle-weight role working across a range of business verticals on integrated campaigns.
You will be required to provide design for advertising ideas and execute them.
What you’ll do
- Develop (new and unique) design that pushes our brand forward.
- Provide effective design solutions in TTL comms across print and digital
- Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times
- Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail.
- Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions.
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our values
- Have a strong knowledge of photography/photographers
- Help guide production, shoots, and post-production
- Motion skills are a plus but not essential
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects.
- Working alongside Planning and Account Management to build presentations and arguments to sell the work.
- Support the Creative Director for Advertising Design , conceptual creative teams and the SCA senior leadership team.
- Perform highly against a clear set of agreed business and personal objectives.
What you’ll bring:
- A history of creating design for outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key
- Have created or evolved brand identities across large or small organisation
- The ability to think across different media – Print, Motion, Digital and Social Media.
- Proven excellence in creative origination and execution across print and digital channels
- Proven experience in delivering Brand and Response creative
- Proven experience across multiple brands

- Excellent design – both conceptual and executional
- Strong knowledge of print and digital
- Ability to think and work TTL
- Have a knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production
- A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign).
- Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way
- Problem solving with high levels of personal motivation
- Proven ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and 3rd parties
- Natural Team player
