As a category owner, you will own the performance of that category, not just tracking and forecasting performance metrics, but extracting meaningful insights that inform local market roadmaps and programs, and feed into overall corporate strategies. You will be responsible for a comprehensive set of KPIs and measures used to track and manage your category performance, as well as identifying and delivering on ways to accelerate performance and driving sales conversion tactics across the EMEA region.

What you’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a Digital strategy to drive growth in ARR for our Digital category sales, through the acquisition of net new customers via direct or free-to-paid acquisitions, upgrades and retention of our existing base.
• An expert perspective on the underlying business health, performance and customer experience of our business across countries, categories and surfaces, using knowledge and insights to increase regional performance.
• Accountable for regional digital NNARR for your category(ies) across all EMEA countries, with responsibilities inclusive of holding other teams accountable for delivering against their own targets required to achieve the regional NNARR expectations.
• Responsible for accurately forecasting the business on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basis and developing gap plans where necessary.
• Conduct detailed data analysis of your category, understanding country and surface nuances, and communicating a clear narrative with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Partner with international growth teams to leverage new product and web experience capabilities and drive global conversion motions in region
• Creation of quarterly trading plans – working across the matrix to deliver and execute, with both local and corporate partners
• Monitor and understand the competitor landscape and its impact on our digital strategy and performance
• Maximize efficiency of demand campaigns and use segmentation to increase traffic volumes
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to improve conversion metrics and create test hypothesis in order to solve customer journey challenges
• Own the business case and execution of promotional and pricing activities within region, across acquisition and upsell flows.
• Working with local and corporate based designated squads to drive customer experience improvement and culturalization at scale
• Prepare detailed presentations, analysis, and materials to support the senior management team with QBRs and Strategic business reviews
• Partner with non-Digital stakeholders to align on strategy, GTM motions, regional insights and action plans.
• Apply segmentation, customer insights, and personalization at scale to increase customers’ conversion into our free and paid plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with worldwide peers and stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of programs and the impact of operational strategies. Look for ways to both bring and share best-practice to constantly improve the execution of our business.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• You are tenacious and resilient – you have experience of owning a sales number and holding others to account to deliver it
• You are an effective communicator, with ability to flex styles dependant on the audience. Story-telling and articulation of complex data sets will be a must.
• You are an expert in building and maintaining strong relationship across a corporate, matrix organisation
• Have an extensive E-commerce experience with international business background and superb ability to work with complex sets of data. You also have experience in digital trading within the context of consumer sales.
