We are hiring a recruitment coordinator to support our client’s global intern program. Successful candidates will work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This is a 5 month contract working in London 5 days a week on site, paying £17.09p/h PAYE + holiday pay
Key job responsibilities:
- Support the Global Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to interns, managers and stakeholders.
- Works closely with a team of Program Managers
- Provide excellent customer support to interns, managers and stakeholders such as managing intern program activities and building relationships across partners and stakeholders.
- Customer support responsibilities include providing front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
- Deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Requirements:
- Experience recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience
- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
- Experience working with data including strong excel skills including formulas like V-Lookup,
- Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas, etc.
