Contract: 6 months | Remote with occasional travel to London office | £43.26 per hour PAYE
We are recruiting a Supply Lead, Acquisition – Experiences for our client, a leading global online marketplace in the travel and tourism industry. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-impact team responsible for sourcing and curating unique hosted experiences around the world.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end supply acquisition projects, from planning through execution.

Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality, in-demand experiences from expert hosts globally.

Identify standout opportunities by staying ahead of industry and cultural trends.

Work cross-functionally to ensure efficient operations, clear communication, and project alignment.

Oversee vendor relationships, including training, performance, and quality assurance.

Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards to track acquisition goals and progress.
What You’ll Bring

10+ years’ experience in creative development, project management, or supply acquisition within travel, entertainment, or marketing.

Proven track record as a sales hunter, with direct experience in the travel and tourism sector.

A hybrid skillset across sales, industry knowledge, and technical capability.

Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously.

A keen eye for spotting quality and emerging experience trends.

Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive.
