We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Planning Analyst to support small business operations and enhance ongoing resource management across our sales programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate monthly and quarterly vendor invoices and associated costs
- Build scalable dashboards to identify opportunities for outsourced expansion
- Centralise SPIFF strategies and improve incentive forecasting models
- Refine and update vendor expansion frameworks to align with business goals
- Conduct monthly deep dives on actual and forecasted outsourced spend, offering flux analysis where appropriate
- Partner with planning and workforce management teams to ensure data integrity and prioritise new requests, helping to elevate resource planning
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal awareness
- Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
- Sound understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and business operations
- Competent in applying accounting and mathematical principles
- Skilled in analysing business trends to project future financial performance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word); experience with enterprise systems and SQL is advantageous
